SHE CISO Exec, the inaugural cybersecurity and leadership programme is the first of a series of global give back events offering up to 100 percent scholarships for the right applicants and has already attracted interest from many global organisations and leaders from around the world.
Hosted by Meta Defence Labs UK and Sri Lanka, this comprehensive five-day boot camp will be held from October 29 to November 2, 2018, at The Kingsbury, Colombo.
Participants from any industry in the roles of CXOS to entrepreneurs, IT specialists, information security and business professionals can apply and gain essential knowledge on all areas of information security domains along with industry best practices combined with interactive workshops on leadership skills and self-development; conducted by highly-qualified internationally recognised industry leaders.

The SHE CISO Exec. series has been designed to be a sustainable global training and mentoring platform in information security and leadership. The programme will focus to help bridge the skill gap, diversity gap and the confidence gap by strengthening the knowledge and competence base of cybersecurity savvy future leaders that organisations can rely on to conduct business securely. The project founder Chani Simms joined hands with several other award-winning global experts in both information security and leadership skill development to conceptualise this uniquely crafted programme which offers its participants an engaging learning experience capturing the quintessential blend of information security training, leadership skill development, speed mentoring, coaching, networking opportunities and much more. Entrepreneurs, individuals outside the industry (non-it), managers and employees using technological assets may apply for the programme. Funding options can be arranged for qualifying participants.
